This charming little annexe is conveniently located close to the A30 (5 mins) and a our beautiful cornish beaches a short drive away. This cosy little get away is surrounded by footpaths and accessible forestries, perfect for those who like to explore and walk. A perfect place to unwind, relax and absorb all that Cornwall has to offer.

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Hawk's Nest- private, stand alone holiday let

Set in the heart of the north Cornwall countryside, this little hideaway is perfect for a getaway for two. This cute cabin is fully insulated and beautifully redecorated in 2022. Set in its own little space, the cabin has a lovely outdoor space, complete with pond. There is plenty of parking. As you can see, Hawk's Nest sits in its own grounds, which can allow for a quiet and secluded get away in beautiful surroundings. No dogs allowed.
