Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
