A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Studio Serenity is a newly built self contained Studio apartment located in a beautiful quiet street at the end of a court. It is a self contained residence separated from the main residence and is a short walk to the beach and short drive to the Town centre. The Studio has a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area with split system heating and cooling unit, large outside deck with bbq, one bedroom containing a queen bed, and a separate bathroom with toilet and secure gated car park.

This beachside unit is adjacent to the main house, however guests have their own private entry.
