Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Upplev denna bostad i Sofielund, Malmö som är ett trendigt område med stadsliv, kaféer och kultur. Perfekt för en smidig livsstil med bekvämligheter och bra kollektivtrafik, gångavstånd till triangelstationen. Njut av lokala butiker, promenader i området och en dynamisk atmosfär. Lägenheten består av 2 rum, pentry samt wc med dusch. Det finns en dubbelsäng samt en bäddsoffa för två. Vi som bor i övriga huset är 2 vuxna, 2 barn samt katt & hund. Liten mysig lägenhet mitt emot restaurang & pub

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Studiolägenhet centralt Dalaplan

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Denna underbara lägenhet i suterräng/källaren är det perfekta boendet för dig som söker bekvämlighet och charm i ett centralt läge. Med en toalett , duschutrymme, litet kök och ett stort vardagsrum/sovrum finns det gott om plats att trivas på. Beläget nära Mobilia och med gratis parkering, samt tillgång till trädgården, erbjuder denna bostad en harmonisk livsstil för den som söker sitt fridfulla och bekväma boende men ändå närheten till livligare miljöer så som shoppingcenter, caféer osv.

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Cosy apartment by the ocean

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Mysig tvårumslägenhet i gammal stil centralt belägen vid Möllan och Folkets Park i Malmö bland caféer, barer och shopping direkt utanför dörren. Endast 5 min promenad till Triangeln station där du tar tåget till Malmö Centralstation på 4 min.
