Peaceful and secured single "Farmhouse" with enormous Parking within a total area of about 4 hectares of rustic countryfied ness. Our idyllic farm is just about 30 minutes away from the town proper. Easy access to public vehicles, Robinson's Place, 'Sabang Underground River,' Honda Bay, Nagtabon Beach & the newly opened Ai World Resort.

Free Pick-up with the trike from and to the airport, for flights between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Free brief sightseeing (optional and depending on your itinerary) city tour (Cathedral, Plaza Cuartel, Baywalk, Baker's Hill, Mitra Ranch) and the possibility of doing your grocery shopping in Robinson's Mall, "if" your arrival time is between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Robinson's opens at around 10:00 AM.

Space is ideal for most backpackers, or any traveler on a limited budget, esp. campers.

The Trike is for hire upon request. P600.00 per day, for trips between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM within the town proper and the farm vicinity only. Our Single motorbike (Honda) can also be rented out from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM only for about P500.00 per day (including 2 helmets) but you have to tank, at least P250.00 per day.

Extra charge for a typical Filipino breakfast, P80.00 per person.
Or cook service fee of P200.00 per day, upon request.
Otherwise, you can use our kitchen utensils for free to prepare your own meals.

The refrigerator is available inside the house, and also in our so-called social hall where you can also avail our Karaoke service free of charge (optional - depending on your itinerary and availability/ status of the equipment and presence of knowledgeable personnel.)

Free fresh young coconuts to taste for your first day, otherwise, it would cost about P10.00 each.
Some fresh seasonal fruits either free or just for a few pesos.

Your laundry can be washed by our farm caretaker, upon request. Please make an arrangement with them about the price.

Although we have no air conditioner, however, we can provide an electric fan. While hot water is not available as well, nevertheless we have sufficient water supply in the entire premises.

There may be some cases that I won't be personally available, especially if I'm also traveling abroad or somewhat busy doing business/ resting in some other parts of the country.

Repeated bookings for a short-term reservation within a year or referrals of at least two (2) such successful bookings within a year will give a benefit of 30% discount.
Yet you are obliged to prepare your own meals (from breakfast to dinner) and provide your own soap, towels, and other essentials.

SECURITY DEPOSIT worth Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) will only be demanded upon check-in for confirmed reservation of a long-term contract longer than 28 days.

ATTENTION CAMPERS WITH REPEATED BOOKINGS:
Should you already be in the province or anywhere in the country, and would like to camp out and have your own camping gears, then you could have a cheaper holiday.
You are welcome anytime, any selected date you could wish for, as long as the weather is fine.

We charge only P100.00 per night per person.

Plus P600 trike service fee for a group of 3-4 persons, "if" you prefer to avail an inexpensive pick-up from the town proper/ airport, for flights between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM. On your return flight, we also charge the same amount.

Otherwise, we advise you to take the bus or jeep or hire a trike from San Jose (New Market) Bus Terminal. We are in a very close vicinity with the north national highway, so transportation for commuters is not a big deal at all.

For those who wish to be served with breakfast, we charge an additional P80.00 per person.

If not, you can use our cooking area (dirty kitchen) for free to prepare your own meals.

Free use of comfort room, self-explanatory.

Upon request, P600.00 per day for our trike service fee, for trips within the town proper and the farm vicinity only between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Or P500.00 daily rental fee of our Single motorbike from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM only (You have to tank the gasoline, at least P250.00 daily.)

We can also assist you to arrange your trip to different destinations like City Tour, Island Hopping, Nagtabon Beach, Talaudyong Beach, Underground River, Estrella Falls, El Nido, and Dos Palmas.

And from our farm just 10-15 minutes away with the trike, we have the pristine water and white sand of Nagtabon Beach, the proud of Barangay Bacungan.

Estoy felizmente casado durante casi tres ( 3 ) décadas con dos ( 2 ) niños adultos responsables y soy un amante de la naturaleza impresionante. Viajar entre Europa y Asia casi todos los años me hace sentir más joven día tras día. Recoger y plantar diferentes tipos de árboles de plantas (florecientes y frutales) y flores, tanto tropicales como híbridas, es una de mis aficiones favoritas jugando con la naturaleza. Además, ver a mis mascotas divertirse un poco y alimentar a algunos animales domésticos domesticados en nuestra granja, como cabras, pollos y conejos, me hace sentir algo alegremente preocupada en mi ciudad natal, Palawan. La música, especialmente un poco relajante para mi espíritu y los nervios, también me llama la atención, y me encanta cantarlos también para simplemente pasar el tiempo. En general, la fantástica vista de la granja y el ambiente de las numerosas cordilleras que me rodean hacen que mi vida sea completa como si tuviera esa sensación especial que me mantiene más cerca de mi Santo Creador.
