Welcome to the „Good Life Atelier“, my spacious, beautiful and light filled one bedroom loft centrally located in Berlin-Prenzlauerberg.

Located on the second floor of a modern and safe townhouse, my 84 sqm loft is right at the heart of Berlin-Prenzlauerberg. Central, yet serene and calm. The entrance gate has a video camera system.

You will be surrounded by art from all around the world, hand crafted furniture, design classics and orchid flowers.

The location is superb. Everything is in walking distance: Access to the tram (stop Hufelandstrasse: line M4, 3 stops to Alexanderplatz), a great Vietnamese restaurant next door, Hufelandstrasse with lots of restaurants and cafes, 3 supermarkets, and Godshot (one of Berlin’s best coffee places) and Friedrichshain park is only a short walk away.

Cook in a fully equipped kitchen with a Bianco Diver high performance blender (that makes amazing Green Smoothies), a magnetic induction cooking surface, oven, super silent dishwasher, fridge, water boiler (with pre-set temperature for green tea), WMF cookware, porcelain tableware, crystal classes, silverware and utensils of high quality, handmade ceramics, and proper kitchen knives.

Stream your music from any device to the Geneva Lab XL wireless Bluetooth speaker in the living room. The dinner table sits 6 people.

The bedroom has a kingsized (160cm) bed with Egyptian linen that comfortably sleeps two. There is also a couch that converts into a guest bed in the living room. There is no TV, but a library you can use.

The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a rainshower and a hairdryer. In the hidden storage room you find a washing machine and dryer.
There is a bike storage room on the ground level.

This is an ideal basecamp for a couple to explore the city or for a single business traveler.
