This is a beautiful room in a charming neighborhood 1.5 miles from downtown and near bus routes. Many beautiful hiking trails start within 300 yards or the house. There are a private entrance and lots of space for parking. The room has a private full bathroom, queen bed, closet, and drawers. Free high-speed wifi is available. The use of the kitchen, laundry room, and garden is possible. While no animals were in the room we have two short haired cats in the house. This is a net-zero energy house.

Lovely home in one of Boulder's most beautiful and tranquil neighborhoods. Right across from Wonderland Park and a view of the flatirons. I couldn't recommend staying here more highly! Thanks so much!

Marc and his family were very nice, and so were the cats. Marc was also helpful with recommendations for hiking and local resturants. Having our own bathroom was great. The location was close to the city with plenty of parking and access to several trails.

Had a great experience staying at Marc’s. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Marc offered advice on things to do as well as hikes to go on and was very good with communication! Highly recommend staying here!
