In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance ( The White Hart, The Coach and Horses, Le Chateau Bistro.) 4 miles to Lyndhurst, Highcliffe castle beach, Steamer Point, Mudeford approx 30 mins drive. Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

We would like to invite you to our working small holding on the edge of the New Forest. The accommodation we are offering was our home and one we grew to love dearly though sun and snow. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Self contained, warm and light. Close to M27 easy access to many attractions. You will be within walking distance to the local pub, store and Paultons Park,Peppa pig. Please note the accommodation sleeps 4 this includes infants.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
