This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons.

The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use a rowing boat for free.
