Enjoy the gorgeous views downriver of Gore Creek from the bright main room. This newly renovated modern mountain home has been redone with great care. Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. Art-Filled Industrial Loft in South Lake Union

This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.
