New annex in gorgeous Devon countryside

Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

Owl Cottage is a Grade 2 Cottage. It has original beams & Inglenook fireplace, it has been tastefully modernised. Broadband available. Two bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

Pad in Pinhoe

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.
