This luxe contemporary art inspired 1 bedroom nonsmoking/vaping) downstairs adults only apartment that is packed with very bold colors and is situated in an urban core Murray Hill/ Riverside area and is close to downtown, the interstates and the trendy restaurant district! This is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside. That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty!

Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Located in the Riverside historic district neighborhood a few blocks from amazing restaurants, local shops, bars and Breweries in King Street and a 10 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. This bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. We are centrally located 20 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, 15 minutes from the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Florida beaches. It’s also easy drive to Baptist/MD, Mayo Clinic.

Unit recently renovated, 2 bedrooms, queen beds and TV in each one + sofa +1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped and have a pleasantly furnished porch where you can relax having a cup of coffee. Come and enjoy it!

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
