Additional single beds suitable for children and/or 1 adult. Guests are invited to wander the extensive ornamental gardens and enjoy in sharing a wide range of seasonal produce from the kitchen garden. 10 minutes away from supermarkets, shops and sandy beaches and 15 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania dock.

This large stand alone unit, located in Prospect Vale, shares a 1200sm property with a main house. The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.

Bring your fishing gear for a spot of fishing (fishing licence required) or bring your canoe for a leisurely paddle. Ample parking on site. 5 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the city and an easy drive to the historical villages of Perth, Evandale and Longford.
