I believe I have the LARGEST PRIVATE ROOF DECK WITH SHADE, a HOT TUB, FIRE PIT & WET BAR! Lots of comfy seating with solar torches. There is also a backyard with seating. Inside, 3 levels of living space, each with a bathroom and TV, will give larger groups ample room to gather or spread out for privacy.

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Very close to the I25/I70 interchange. The Light Rail station, Mission Ballroom center, and National Western Center are blocks away. You can hop on the train and be downtown in 5 minutes. It's the perfect home base for your Colorado shenanigans! Please let me be very clear that this part of town is where residential meets industrial. If you are looking to get out of the city you're close to major highways so you can get away to the mountains easily.
