Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Just east and high in the hills above Bala and at one end of our isolated "Long-house" is this cosy self contained cottage. Stunning views from over 1000 ft in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens” Llyn Creini Lake! A full Cinema system, collapse after a long day with the log burner, popcorn and a film! Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. The bed is English king size (150 cm wide) with Egyptian bedlinen. Modern well fitted kitchen, bright lounge/diner. Bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. Off road parking. West Kirby Court is in the centre of this vibrant seaside town.
