With a team of local craftsmen, we have transformed the former boxing club into a modern studio flat, keeping some of its unique and historic characteristics. Sitting in the lee of Glastonbury Tor the Well House enjoys views across the somerset levels, with a view of the Tor from the garden. It is beautifully positioned to access the Tor, Chalice Well, The historic Abby and town centre with its vibrant high street, all within reasonable walking distance. As the name suggests there is a Well in the main bedroom, which is safely covered with laminated glass .

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

The Huffy House

We welcome you to the Huffy House. It’s a quiet location overlooking gardens with views of surrounding hills. Access is at the rear of the house through the conservatory; where you’ll find your front door. There’s is a key lock on the side of the conservatory door with a key to that door and your front door. We do offer tea, coffee and milk together with a basic breakfast on arrival of bread, butter, jams and cereal. There’s water and orange juice in the fridge as well.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
