Do you dream of an idyllic holiday retreat, where a charming thatched cottage is nestled in a stunning dune landscape and surrounded by beach grass and heather? Then our house at Nordsøvej 136 is the perfect choice. Here, you’re so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves and smell the salty air whilst relaxing on the large terrace. This beachfront, non-smoking house with its impressive terrace is beautifully situated in the dunes very close to Søndervig. The house is tastefully furnished and exudes a harmonious atmosphere where you’re sure to feel right at home straight away. The light-coloured walls and exposed beams lend the holiday home an extra touch of charm. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. Six people and one pet can enjoy a lovely holiday here together. The smaller guest house, which features a bedroom, bathroom and small living room, provides some privacy for two families. In the open-plan kitchen and living area in the main house, you can enjoy spending time together, whether cooking or relaxing on the sofa in the evenings. On chilly days, you can light the fire, enjoy the cosy warmth and watch the crackling flames whilst having a good chat. Pure hygge. The house has two bathrooms, which is particularly handy for larger groups, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are a welcome help for families with young children. So you can enjoy the sunshine on the sun loungers during the day and have a family barbecue in the evening. With 100 m² of living space, a total of 6 people and one pet can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flood into the house from both sides, creating a bright and friendly atmosphere in the large and modern kitchen and living area. Make yourself comfortable on the large leather sofa in front of the television and watch your favourite film via satellite for British channels or a film on the DVD player. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, while the energy-saving heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. The well-equipped kitchen offers all modern conveniences, including an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 94-litre freezer compartment and a microwave. Three spacious bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms with toilet, shower and underfloor heating complete the picture. Acogedora casa de verano en una zona con ambiente tranquilo, cerca del Mar del Norte. La casa tiene una gran terraza orientada al sur, y una hermosa terraza cubierta protegida, orientada al oeste. La casa está decorada con buen gusto. Hay todo lo necesario para 4 personas. Este es realmente el lugar donde tienes la naturaleza justo fuera de la puerta, con 500 m a la playa a través de un hermoso sendero natural. El terreno es llano, con árboles altos y vallado para que el perro pueda correr libremente. Aquí es muy tranquilo en Navidad y Año Nuevo, ya que todo el uso de fuegos artificiales está prohibido durante todo el año.

Falen Å corre por Jollehavnen, donde se puede hacer paddleboard y remar en kayak. Hay 2 km hasta el ambiente portuario lleno de ambiente en el puerto de Bork. Al sur del puerto se encuentra la playa de surf. Experimente Bork Legeland o dar un paseo en la reserva natural Tipperne.

Está a unos 400 metros del fiordo/playa, y buenas oportunidades para caminar/andar en bicicleta en una hermosa naturaleza y jugar en el agua.

Falen Å corre cerca de la casa, y es ideal para practicar surf de remo, kayak.

My husband and I bought this wonderful cottage in January 2021 with the aim to fully renovate it and then share it with others who appreciate a location directly in the Danish West Coast nature, the amazing tranquility, the big dunes, and the close proximity to the wide North Sea beaches at Haurvig and Hvide Sande. NB: Outdoor area (wooden deck, lounge area, outdoor furniture, pizza / BBQ area) will be 100% new / updated by 01 March 2026! We think it'll be a major upgrade to the cottage.
