Welcome to our spacious 130sqm 3-bedroom apartment in Garðabær, near Reykjavik. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a short 12-15min drive to the city center. Just a 2min stroll from two playgrounds, our apartment is family-friendly. Immerse in Heiðmörk Nature Reserve's nature - stunning trails, lava formations and caves. Work in the dedicated office area. Dining options are abundant, with coffee shop DÆINN, convenience store Krambúðin, and grocery stores Costco and Bónus within a 10min walk.

Close to the beautiful Elliðaá river, short drive to at least 4 swimming pools, restaurants, stores and the car rentals are everywhere. 2 min. walk to the next bus stop. Öskjuhlíðin is about 6-8 minutes drive, with fantastic view from the Pearl. Lovely, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Light breakfast included. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
