The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Bluebell Pod with wood fired hot tub

Set on an adult only rural glamping site, the pod is a clever use of space with great views to the outside. It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. The double bed is made up with luxurious bed linen with a dressing table, vanity mirror and wardrobe next to it. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

'The Wheelhouse' with a nautical theme

'The Wheelhouse' is a small self contained chalet in the garden of the main property. It is only 100 metres from the beach and 350 metres from the Town Centre. There is on-road parking without restrictions. Bedding and towels provided. Pets allowed if they are used to staying on the floor. I can sometimes allow 2 night stays on request.
