💐 Great neighborhood for visiting nurses or professionals. 1 queen room 1-2 people. Full bed child or 1 adult) prefer 2 adults total. I’ll be glad to refund part of utilities if used moderately; while you aren’t there, or all night. I’ve tried charging less per night, but some insist on 24/7 usage. NO smoking/vaping of any kind, including the patio. Thank you! Donna I’m tired of cleaning, especially bathrooms! If cleaned as found, total!
