Comfortable In-Town Rehoboth Beach Home. Walk to all that Rehoboth has to offer! Just one block to Rehoboth Avenue and five blocks to the beach. Host a small party on the large screened porch, grill your dinner, or play in the large back yard. This home has driveway parking for two cars. An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. The agreement may be reviewed before booking, by request.

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

This condo is a boho getaway tucked away in a quiet enclave conveniently located on the beachside of Highway 1. It has dedicated parking in front, plus an additional spot for a second car. The beach is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute drive Community pool on site provides an extra place to relax and cool down.

It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Giving you an opportunity to make it your home away from home at the beach. Come Enjoy!!

Buoyed Spirits 2 BR 2B 1st floor condo

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a nice neighborhood, off Rt 1. 1.5 miles from the beach! The community has 3 swimming pools and tennis courts. Master has a king-sized bed, the second room has 2 twins. Sofa in living room is a pull out. Two bikes with helmets and locks also come with the rental, as well as 2 tennis rackets. Towels (including beach towels) and linens provided, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNDER THE SHEETS AND TOWELS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
