Secluded Coastal Cottage • Just 9 Min to the Beach

In a serene natural setting, this charming house offers a peaceful retreat for up to 8 guests, including children. With 3 cozy bedrooms and breathtaking view, it’s the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by state forest, you can enjoy bonfires under the stars and a variety of outdoor activities. Conveniently located, the house offers easy access to a scenic bike trail and is just a 9-minute drive from the beach, making it an ideal getaway for adventure and tranquility.

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

A small historic home in the city of Milton, De. Milton offers small USA hometown charm that is close the world famous Delaware beaches. This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

B Street Cottage

Looking for serenity and sunshine? Try this little gem from the 50's tucked away in the heart of the "Forgotten Mile"- Dewey Beach/Rehoboth's best kept secret. The beach is a quiet 10 minute walk along Lake Comegys and Silver Lake. Popular eateries, Rehoboth Ale House and Big Fish are close by. Fifer's Farm Market and Cafe and The Surf Shack are just around the corner. Perfectly situated on the beach side of Highway 1 just minutes away from Rehoboth Avenue and downtown Dewey Beach.

Seaside Sunroom, No cleaning fee, No Wi-Fi.

Bright small space, attached to main house, but has it's own entrance. Room has a queen bed, full bathroom with tub, Keureg style coffee maker, mini fridge; live plants in room, 7 min drive to Bethany Beach. View and access to backyard seating, chimnea, No WIFI, no TV. Beach gear available.There is no access to or from main house, but some muffled noise can be heard during the day, including a small dog. Self check in with a key, but no late check in, please, ty!
