Lunita Loft: Sun-filled loft in industrial Gowanus

Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. Please inquire with any questions, and read our note about street noise.

Red Hook private suite in a home

The space I rent out occupies most of the second floor (apartment 2) of my small but charming two family house located in a very quiet street. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.

Charming, private, newly renovated three-room guest suite in a family-owned Brownstone on a picturesque Brooklyn street. The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
