We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

The House Next Door is a vintage-chic modern cottage in the heart of Harbor Springs. Newly remodeled one bedroom cabin located in Carp Lake. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood directly off US 31. The cabin is located 6 miles south of Mackinaw City. This property has a shared access to Paradise Lake which is located at the intersection of Wheeling Road and Paradise Trail ( about a 2 minute walk). The cabin is also located directly across from the North Western State Trail, which is a hiking and biking trail in the summer and snowmobile trail in the winter.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

We have kayaks available to use while watching the sunset!
