The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Lovely home on a huge acre lot 1.5 miles from the sports complex and 2 houses from the Rock Island bike trail. Come stay at our house and bike or walk to the games. Dogs welcome and will be in love with our huge back yard. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. Large open attic space with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
