Collon is a small village in County Louth situated 60km (45 min) from Dublin city centre & 35 min from the airport. 25 minutes to Emerald Park. The historical village of Slane and town of Drogheda are just 10 minutes drive with Newgrange just 15 minutes away. Charming, very quiet family run cottage set in rural location. Large kitchen/diner/lounge. Three comfortable bedrooms all ensuite. Pleasant external seating area. Surrounded by quiet countryside. All within close proximity to Slane, Boyne valley, Newgrange, Hill of Tara and local wedding venues etc. Family friendly with wifi and washing facilities if required. Lashings of hot water and central heating. Wood pellet burner for daytime and evening heating. Very comfortable for six people sharing.

Located 5 minute drive to the picturesque villages of Blackrock and Castlebellingham. Set in a peaceful garden setting of the original farm house which dates back to 1852. The newly refurbished area provides a light airy space with fully fitted kitchen, lounge area, small mezzanine area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Extra rooms are available on request. Guests have their own entrance, parking and outdoor seating area. Guests have full use of the garden, play area and hammocks.

The Paddock or The Stables at Higginstown House

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Paddock or The Stables. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. The Coach House

Situated in the courtyard of Sandpit House, a period farmhouse dating to c. 1850 The luxury guest accommodation is conveniently located along Ireland's Ancient East Coast, just outside Drogheda. For international travellers the properties are approximately 30 mins from Dublin and 90 mins from Belfast Airports. The Coach House at Sandpit can boast a wealth of local amenities including neighbouring beaches, links golf courses, and many historic attractions in the nearby Boyne Valley.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Bellamchugh

This self catering apartment provides the ideal base for those visiting Slane and the historic Boyne Valley, Newgrange or Knowth, as well as Emerald Park. We are also ideally sited for three wedding venues: Tankardstown House, the Millhouse, and the Coynyngham Arms Hotel. The apartment is attached but fully separated from our family home with a separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large sofabed in the main living space.
