Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Additional $150 fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
