Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Abingdon Marina Apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy your stay at our first floor self contained Annexe on Abingdon Marina . Take a short walk along The River Thames Path into the historic Town Of Abingdon On Thames. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can hire day boats and paddle boards near Abingdon bridge for the day. There is a regular bus service to Oxford City Centre. You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

Quiet Cosy Self-contained Modern Annexe-Oxford

Anexo moderno compacto y funcional al lado de nuestra casa con puerta de acceso independiente. Está situado en una tranquila zona de Cowley, en Oxford. Tiene un saloncito, cocina equipada, mesa para comer y un sofá. Para dormir hay una cama doble y un baño. Todo exterior. Está ha dos minutos andando de Sainsbury, Lidl,etc. Parking gratuito para el coche. Distancia al centro de Oxford es de unos 4 kms. Los autobuses al centro son muy frecuentes y la parada está situada a dos minutos andando.

A self contained flat situated in the woodlands of Bagley Wood with free driveway parking. Surrounded by trees but a 20 minute cycle from the centre of historic Oxford. Perfect for commuting to the local Oxford science/business parks or a base for a weekend getaway exploring the woods and historic Oxford. A 15 minute walk to the local village of Kennington which boasts a host of eateries and a historic pub. Surrounded by woodland and further walks to the beautiful banks of the Thames.

Set in the pretty village of Sunningwell, close to Oxford and Abingdon, a spacious detached 2 bedroom bungalow, with lounge, kitchen and beautiful conservatory. There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Entire guest suite in Marcham

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

An ideal base for a couple who want to explore the city centre, visit friends or maybe just somewhere quiet and comfortable to study.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Stables: Charming Cottage near Oxford

This is an integrated living space and bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is separate from the main house with total privacy. Guests are free to use a simple kitchen within the main house. Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.

The Studio Clifton Hampden Nr Culham Science Park

Self contained studio on the outskirts of the picturesque Thameside village of Clifton Hampden. Within walking distance of Culham Station (with trains to London Paddington, Didcot and Oxford) and Culham Science Park. The property offers an excellent base for exploring the local countryside including the Thames walk towards the Historic town of Abingdon or towards the beautiful village of Dorchester. Private off road parking for two cars.
