Outside it has a covered back porch with string lights and a fire pit. It’s five minutes to Black Rock Mountain State Park & The Foxfire Museum, and 10 minutes to the charming shops of Clayton and Dillard. *Notes: There is a per-visit dog fee of $100 with a two-dog max. There are well-maintained gravel roads in the community.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community.
