Inside, you’ll find a stacked rock wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with countertop seating, dining area, and a cozy living space with an open floor plan. The cottage includes 9 beds with extra linens and towels, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. 8 of the beds are twins with 1 queen room. Whether you’re curling up by the fire or enjoying the mountain views, this is your place to unwind!

Try your hand at fishing, or soak in the hot tub with a panorama sunset view from our massive deck! Rest up! because Oconee County boasts some of the greatest views, waterfalls, hiking, biking, rafting, and fly fishing most within a 15 minute drive! Please do NOT bring your watercraft. It is not allowed.

Nestled between the mountain forest and a secluded pasture, filled with friendly donkeys, horses and miniature Highland cows, Blackberry House is the ideal place to connect with nature and loved ones. The spacious and well equipped, three-story cabin is perfect for families or large friend groups to make memories together. After exploring the streams and trails or visiting the animals, relax on one of the swings on the wrap-around porch or toast marshmallows around the fire pit.

Gathering Moss Cottage is a wonderful family getaway or 2 to 3 couples retreat on Lake Burton. 30 minutes to Helen and half the price! Great views from the screened porch while reading a book or watching the kids play in the lake. Make some great memories at this fantastic cottage. New firepit is in just off the steps leading to the lake. Kayak's are available on site as well as pontoon boat rental from your host delivered to the dock, no pu or drop off.
