Located in the rural village of Manikata, surrounded by Malta‘s best beaches (Ghajn Tuffieha, Gneijna,Golden and Mellieha Bay) you will reside in this more than 350 year old house of character which has been expertly converted into a true gem that combines modern luxury (Jacuzzi, A/C‘s in both master bedrooms, Siemens appliances,...) with the charme of the old times. Pieces of art, high standard furniture and an incredibly cozy and peaceful yard full of plants round up this one of a kind place.

Old Meets New

This house is approx 300 years old, where old meets new, having traditional floor tiles, stone staircase and wooden beams. It is situated in the lovely village of Rabat only 2mins walk from the old capital city of Mdina, the Roman Villa, Howard Gardens and many other historical places. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

Linton Apartment Xlendi

Right on the Xlendi Promenade Gozo, this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment offers not only comfort and all amenities but a spectacular view of Xlendi Bay. The apartment is located on the island of Gozo. Access to Gozo is via ferry with an approximate crossing time of 40 minutes. Bathe or sun lounge on the beach a mere 100 steps away, dine to your heart’s content at the excellent restaurants along the promenade or dance the night away at the island’s largest outdoor club a 10 minute walk away.

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
