You can walk to restaurants, shops and services in Queen Anne. If you want to explore other areas, you can ride a bus downtown (bus stop is a block away), drive a Zip car (multiple locations on Queen Anne hill) or take Uber. Plenty of free street parking if you come with your own vehicle.

Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

Modern 1BR Apartment (ADU) in Queen Anne Craftsman

We created this ~650sqft modern 1BR apartment (ADU) in the basement of our 1926 craftsman, which is located on a quiet, residential street in Queen Anne with close proximity to downtown Seattle. We previously rented the unit to long-term tenants, but we recently decided to refresh it and furnish it for our own use as well as occasional short-term rentals. It has a separate, private entrance through our fenced-in and nicely-landscaped backyard.
