Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology.
