There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Located on "The Rattlesnake" Hwy 192 just on the outskirts of Somerset. This inviting home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the second with a full bed. There is a 3rd room available with a futon as well. Both bathrooms are tastefully done with all of the amenities. The Curve Cottage is located on several wooded acres with a creek. Perfect for a quiet getaway or for a place to rest after a day of riding "The Rattlesnake". We are located 8 short miles from downtown Somerset.

Flat green space, spacious enough for parking RV or boat or for kids to play around. The side patio hosts a small charcoal grill, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. Sometimes there is a neighbor who has a dog that barks a couple housss down, I’m sorry if it does, doesn’t happen often
