A 300 mtrs de los comercios principales, a 800 mtrs de la playa, etc. Lugar tranquilo y con cámaras de seguridad, amplio parqueo. Puedes ver lapas, tucanes, iguanas, etc, desde el balcon.

También es una excelente base para descubrir todas las actividades y tesoros naturales de la zona, como el Parque Nacional Corcovado que es uno de los principales atractivos de la zona.
