Guests cross a creek via a small private bridge then wind up a long country driveway leading to this unique listing that is as peaceful as it is charming. Come experience the best of Colorado Springs while staying in this one of a kind property! Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

Find solace in this tastefully revitalized residence. The holiday home features neutral grays throughout, touches of color, an open-plan living area, a cozy electric fireplace, and an expansive terrace. The home has everything to make your stay in Colorado Springs enjoyable. As you enter, you will be greeted by the large living room and beautiful kitchen with a pull out coach, fire place, and Smart TV, where you can relax watching cable. The full kitchen has everything to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of table/counter space, a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups, a table and four chairs. The living room is connected to the bedroom giving a studio like feeling, with a comfortable queen bed, and a closet. In the first bathroom on the main floor you will be able to find a beautiful glass shower with a washer and dryer. To make life easy, we have laundry soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There are a set of stairs in the living area that lead up to the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs, spacious bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, with separate reading lamps. Off of the upstairs bedroom there is a second full bathroom, with a large beautiful bath tub. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi for all you work/entertainment needs as well as heating & Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Kick back and relax in our retro cottage. The house is a former 1940s store front for the old apple orchard, and it has been remodeled to be a fun vacation spot that we also use regularly. Soak up that country feel while being close to downtown shopping and restaurants. You will have easy access to the Royal Gorge, rafting, climbing, hiking, and biking. The space has a great outdoor area that is decorated with local art. Sit on the front patio and enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains.

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.
