The holiday home features neutral grays throughout, touches of color, an open-plan living area, a cozy electric fireplace, and an expansive terrace. The home has everything to make your stay in Colorado Springs enjoyable. As you enter, you will be greeted by the large living room and beautiful kitchen with a pull out coach, fire place, and Smart TV, where you can relax watching cable. The full kitchen has everything to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of table/counter space, a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups, a table and four chairs. The living room is connected to the bedroom giving a studio like feeling, with a comfortable queen bed, and a closet. In the first bathroom on the main floor you will be able to find a beautiful glass shower with a washer and dryer. To make life easy, we have laundry soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There are a set of stairs in the living area that lead up to the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs, spacious bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, with separate reading lamps. Off of the upstairs bedroom there is a second full bathroom, with a large beautiful bath tub. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi for all you work/entertainment needs as well as heating & Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Claire’s Cottage - Cozy House in Nice Neighborhood

Kick back and relax in our retro cottage. The house is a former 1940s store front for the old apple orchard, and it has been remodeled to be a fun vacation spot that we also use regularly. Soak up that country feel while being close to downtown shopping and restaurants. You will have easy access to the Royal Gorge, rafting, climbing, hiking, and biking. The space has a great outdoor area that is decorated with local art. Sit on the front patio and enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains.

River Bluff Cottage

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.
