Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

This lower level apartment is minutes from TF Green Airport (PVD), bustling downtown Providence, and a short drive to Rhode Island's scenic southern coast. It's centrally located in the Knightsville area of Cranston with direct access to public transit. This area is home to many popular restaurants, parks, as well as a 19 mile walking/bike path. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, office area, and shared access to the fenced in yard. There is also dedicated parking.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
