Welcome to "The Eyrie" at Eagleview Retreat. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. Our place is amazing, you'll not be disappointed.

Welcome to Eagle Cabin! The perfect little getaway for those celebrating a special occasion or anyone craving a peaceful forest escape. This clean & cozy tiny cabin invites you to unwind to the sound of a nearby stream after a day of exploring the beautiful Kootenays. Whatever brings you here, take in tranquil views of Kootenay Lake through the trees from your nook atop a dramatic cliff or brave a swim with the nearest beach just a one-minute drive away. *We are currently an adult only space.

Procter Point Lakefront Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, natural setting. At the end of the road in Procter and nestled along the shore of beautiful Kootenay Lake, this brand new guest house awaits you. With miles of walking trails just out the door and only steps to the beach, this is a perfect place to soak up nature in an absolutely gorgeous location. Watch the ferry making its way across the lake, go for a swim, a mountain bike ride or perhaps even make your way to the Procter Bakery for the cinnamon buns.

Rustic Cabin on the Cliff

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, right on the lake and nestled in the mountains. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a secluded beach within very short walking distance. It’s an 8 minute drive to the beautiful village of Kaslo and a 10 minute drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs. It's a 30 minute walk to the stunning ‘Fletcher Falls’; an amazing waterfall and quiet beach. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

This is a fund raiser to help World Housing (.org) continue their important mission, solving the housing crisis. Located in tranquil Procter, 40 km-s from Nelson, British Columbia. You can enjoy the grandiose view of the Purcell Mountains. Go hiking, mountain biking or take a walk to the community beach for a dip in the pristine Kootenay Lake.
