Situated high on top of a hill, away from the sounds of the day, the best views of the Groenfontein Valley can be taken in. Cool down in the pool in the hot summer days, or crawl up next to the indoor fireplace during the winter nights. With ample space and wifi provided for a work from home opportunity, consider staying a few days longer to become one with nature again.

This charming wooden cabin is built on stilts and is centrally located near the communal braai area and swimming pool, making it perfectly suited for families. The cottage features large windows and a deck that overlooks the stunning surrounding mountains. The living area opens onto a private deck, which includes a grill and an outdoor dining table for your convenience. The Orchard Cottage

Located on the verge of town, you will find The Orchard Cottage, a tranquil self-catering cottage with onsite secure parking and a private entrance. The solar-powered cottage offers a queen-size bed, small single bed; en-suite bathroom with a shower and kitchenette with a microwave, induction plate and Nespresso machine and wifi. The veranda with build-in braai allows for an authentic Karoo experience and the ideal opportunity to appreciate the spectacular night sky.

This lovingly restored cottage, built in 1878, is nestled on the Coetzee family’s 4th generation working ostrich farm in the small Karoo valley of Kandelaarsrivier. Huis Kandelabra is just outside Oudtshoorn on the main route to Mossel Bay. The surroundings of Karoo koppies, the Kandelaars River, neighbouring farmlands, ostrich camps and views of the Swartberg and Outeniqua Mountain Ranges all add to this stylish, yet quaint cottage’s unmistakable charm.

This beautiful self catering cottage is situated on Grootwaterval farm, situated 45 km from Prince Albert. It is a dirt road to the farm. Here one can enjoy the peace and quiet only a Karoo farm can offer. The cottage is built with rock, has a patio, fire-pit and BBQ facilities. It caters for 2 adults.
