The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat dog friendly enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with seating, a barbecue. outdoor seating and undercover Hot Tub, boasting simply the most stunning and breath-taking views over the beach and out to sea. A detached three bedroom house located on the Lower Flat Cliffs in Primrose Valley. Beach Villa welcomes 2 well behaved dogs!
