Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.

Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! The cottage has a south facing patio, which backs on to a communal garden space. The site has several on site facilities such as a public house, tennis court, archery, complementary access to swimming pool and gym, and has direct access to a pet friendly beach. There is no designated parking on the site but there is plenty located around the cottage.

Nestled in the heart of The Bay an exclusive 5* holiday village just outside Filey. With free onsite swimming pool & gym, bar and restaurant, and many more attractions, there's plenty here for everyone. But in our opinion, the best bit is that just a 10 minute walk along a private path gives direct access to the award winning Filey Bay with its miles of wide sandy beach. And the second best bit is that there are no dog restrictions on this part of the beach all year round!

The 'Cow Shed' has a double bed, (we can also supply 2 single (memory foam) mattresses for a party of 4) . Price shown is for your own bedding - but we can supply our 100% cotton bedding and towels for an extra charge. BREAKFAST IS NOT SUPPLIED. Free parking, 10 mins walk from Scalby village, 15mins drive from Scarborough, or Dalby forest, and 8 from the Open Air Theatre. There is a camping toilet in a side room of the shed with flushing toilet/hot showers nearby.
