Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood beside the Heathcote river, with the Porthills in our backyard, yet only a 10 min drive into the central city and 15 min drive to the beach. There are plenty of walks and parks, cafes and restaurants nearby. We have a friendly, lovely Jack Russel and kids aged 10 and 16.
