The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

We invite you to come stay and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. At over 3000 sq ft, the house offers multiple gathering areas, including separate living room(s), a sociable kitchen, a pool table, and a bar. A perfect home for a retreat. Located less than 10 mins from Lake St Catherine Park and country club and many hiking and mt-biking options for the active guests.

Oma's Cabin - A Quiet, Off-Grid Forest Retreat

This tiny cabin is nestled in the woods, far from the noise of modern life. Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space.

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

We have added a new private deck at the Schoolhouse property, with a hot tub & panoramic barrel sauna. Come to unwind, cook, & enjoy a quintessential Vermont experience on our 250 acre property.

Located near Lake Bomoseen and Castleton University. This is a charming upstairs apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to boat rentals and to a local country store. This apartment provides you with a cozy stay - a bedroom with a queen size bed, sofa bed, and air mattress. There is Roku television, a heat pump for air conditioning or heat, Keurig coffee maker, and more. This is a non smoking unit.
