It sits on one of the nicest streets in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro north train station(3 blocks, which means you will hear trains lol), restaurants, bars and bakeries. The walkway is also near by. This is a walkout street level studio. No stairs involved. The front stone patio is exclusive for the studio listing. The back patio is for the upstairs listing.
