You are sure to be comfortable in this spacious and unique space that is nestled in beautiful farmland at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 10 min to SNP! Sunrises over the fields and orchards behind and sunsets over the mountains in front of you create a magical and memorable experience. This log structure used to be a tobacco drying barn inthat was then converted to a cabin residence and has recently been thoughtfully renovated

This beautiful house is the culmination of eight friends’ vision for an ecological and architectural experience. Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn at Belgrove

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

Hot tub AND the waterwheel turns! Cozy romantic couple's getaway repurposed from an historic 18th century gristmill. Great for college parents weekend. Perfect for a honeymoon or babymoon! Covered deck overlooks the picturesque mill, providing relaxing sounds from the creek and waterwheel. The "ghost village" of Moore's Store is now surrounded by orchards and farms. Come relax, hike, ride your bike, go wine and craft beer tasting, Copper Fox Distillery, has nice gin and bourbon if you prefer. Visit Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park, or shop at Sperryville gift shops, restaurants, antique markets and art galleries. Old Rag Mountain is only 20 minutes away!

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
