The maisonette is situated in a peaceful location allowing you to enjoy the sun setting over the sea from the balcony with the warmth of a bioethical fire. With dedicated parking. The maisonette has just been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Porthtowan has shops, bars, cafes, park, surf hire, and the legendary Moomaid of Zennor ice cream.

Amy’s Barn - a quiet, coastal self-contained flat.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
