Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

We are a very short walk to St Leonards beach, shops, cafes, walking and cycling tracks. The many wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula are a short drive away. You’ll love our place because it is so quiet and comfortable - fully self contained. Our place will suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. The Orange Beach Shack

The Orange Beach Shack is ideal as it is 250 metres from the beach and beach walking track ( approx 3 minute walk), the Indented Head Community Hall, Indented Head Boat & Yacht Clubs. It is set in a quiet court with friendly neighbours. There is plenty of parking. You overlook Patrick Harvey Park, a pond and playground.
