Welcome to our quiet, cozy and stylish two-bedroom (listed) home built in 2023 and located about 40 minutes from Fort Myers beach. This listing combines modern amenities and offers a perfect base for both business and leisure travelers. Take a break and relax with friends, family, and loved ones at this peaceful place to stay. The third bedroom is not accessible (smart lock). We utilize that room for private rentals through the year and cleaning days. **Do not book if this is an issue**.
