Nestled in a beautiful bush setting, you'll have the entire lower level of our home to yourselves. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, cafes, and railway station. Bring your well behaved dog, Lawn for your pouch to run around. Off street parking. Secure internal garage space available if needed. Breakfast is bread , jams, fruit bowl +juice , yoghurt, selection of tea and pod coffee. Longer stays are discounted. Note : two friendly dogs living upstairs with us. They have a separate outside area :)

The independent ground floor space of the property is for you. It features a bedroom & living space, separate entrance, shower and toilet (all built in 2020). Has a heat-pump, washing machine, mini-fridge, microwave, basic cutlery and a small kitchenette with electric cook-top. The hosts live upstairs and will keep out of your way! Though the floors are connected, the connecting staircase and door are not used; ensuring you 100% privacy! Self-check in (early 8am onwards! ) and self-check-out OK.

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac on a peninsula. Your private self-contained space is upstairs with lovely 180 degree sea views and sunshine. Listen to the birds; enjoy some home grown fruit when in season. We can recommend some great local walks (long or short) ; take our kayaks out on the inlet; enjoy the outdoor pool and/or BBQ in summer. Walk to local shops & cafes; take a short drive to some excellent restaurants & Lighthouse movie theatre or go into Wellington by car/train (20 mins).

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. A 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line, min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There ‘s a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower and a low ceiling. Great Wifi No TV.

One bedroom self contained unit under our home. Laundry facilities on request. Access to kayaks and life jackets (for 4 people). Tea coffee, milk and home baking supplied. Please note there are 100 steps to the unit from the street. Parking is on the street.

This Retreat is located right on the beach in the lovely Pukerua Bay Village, with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. If you want to take a break from the city rush or just want to relax and enjoy a break, this is the place for you. Go for a walk on the beach or enjoy the rock pools. Grab the kayaks and go for a paddle and get close to the Stingrays playing in the late afternoon sun, only meters away from the rocky beach.
