Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.

Poole Quay is just around the corner, and Baiter Park is a five-minute walk away if you fancy some fresh air and sea views.

It's central location lends to easy access of all kinds of transport, take a trip on the road train, a boat trip to Brownsea island or tour Jurassic coast. Train, bus/coach stations our 15mins walk.

The chalet has a large decking overlooking the sea, it’s a total escape…..it has 1 King Double bedroom with en-suite, & 1 twin, 2 shower rooms & fully fitted modern kitchen/living area which opens onto the large decking area and panoramic views of the sea… to the left is Lulworth Cove, to the right the Isle of Portland, amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Great place for water sports enthusiasts with hiring facilities right opposite and the Watersports Academy a few doors along.. 7 mile stretch of sandy beaches towards Bournemouth are a short 2 minute stroll away by Jazz cafe . Bus stops for Swanage/ Poole/Bournemouth.. One Car parking space to the rear of the block is available with apartment..
